Mainly works on projects involving in-company labor law acts (regulations, company collective bargaining agreements, agreements with trade unions), in the field of relations of the trade unions and collective labor law, mainly with restructuring of enterprises, including organizations and collaborations with employees councils, concerning individual employment relationships, preparing contracts and in day-to-day Customers servicing.

He has extensive experience in restructuring projects, including in particular group layoffs and group change notices in cooperation with trade unions. Author of numerous publications on labor law and occupational health and safety.
