Lawyer with over 15 years of professional experience. For many years, he worked as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of a large State Treasury-owned company in the energy industry, and also coordinated legal services in its subsidiary. During this period, he gained extensive experience in the area of ​​individual and collective labor law, coordinating the legal aspect of the Capital Group’s policy in relations with trade unions for many years. He participated in numerous processes in the area of ​​collective labor law, related to, among others, restructuring processes, processes of transferring employees to another employer, projects regarding the introduction of motivational systems, as well as in negotiations with trade unions, including collective disputes pending with employers. with trade unions.

He specializes in the preparation and negotiation of internal labor law acts, such as Company Collective Labor Agreements, Work Regulations, Remuneration Regulations, as well as in the preparation and negotiation of agreements with trade unions. He has extensive experience in providing ongoing services to entrepreneurs, including legal services to their statutory bodies.

During his professional experience, he was a member of the Supervisory Board many times, including in a listed company, where he also served as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
