Legal counsel, partner in the law firm since 2011. A graduate of the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw. She completed postgraduate studies in evidence law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She has been associated with the Law Firm since 2008.
She specializes in ongoing advice to employers in the field of individual and collective labor law. She conducts proceedings before common courts in matters: from employee appeals against the employer’s declarations on termination of the employment contract related to discrimination, related to unequal treatment in employment, regarding remuneration for overtime work, regarding bonuses, related to violations of the non-competition clause, regarding violations of employees’ personal rights.
She has experience in conducting restructuring projects (transfer of the workplace under procedure 231, group layoffs). She specializes in mobbing, especially its perception in organizations and its possible impact on the processes of building a positive employer image as part of employer branding.
Author of numerous press articles on labor law and social security.
